Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart by clicking . After you have finished your selection, click on and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
If you are familiar with our products you might like to try our Quick Order page to make your order. You will find a Quick Order link at the top of every page.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL
As postage costs vary considerably for our products we will send you a Payment Confirmation Email to confirm your order and specifying postage costs prior to any payment request.
We accept Visa, Bankcard and Mastercard. We also accept Australian cheques and money orders by mail. Australian customers can use their internet banking facilities to pay by direct credit to our bank account. The system allows you to print out your order for faxing or mailing.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information through our secure on-line ordering system after receiving your Payment Confirmation Email or pay via phone or fax.

If the product is in stock we aim to despatch your order within 2 working days. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. At our busy times this may take a little longer but we promise to get your order to you as Quickly as possible. Please note that we do not despatch on Saturdays or Sundays. All orders are subject to availability. If there is a delay or we are unable to deliver your order, you will be notified by e-mail and the value of the goods refunded to your account within 28 working days.

Outside Australia
To minimise the freight costs, charges will be calculated on the weight of the order. We will advise you by email of the freight cost and await your confirmation prior to further processing.

Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your goods they must be returned within 7 days of delivery and no exchange or refund on books due to copywright . We will be happy to make an exchange, or refund the goods providing they are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason within 7 days of delivery of the products. To do so you must give us written notice (including email) within that 7 day period. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. Cancelled items must be returned to us at your cost and must be received by us complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
